I am getting my saline 14 year old implants exchanged out for silicone on April 8, 2022 with some pocket closure on the sides. I am planning a trip to Ecuador in the summer and I want to make sure I wilk still be able to hike, swim, and be active. How long is it recommended to avoid these activities after an exchange? Active type to begin with, handled the first surgery well. Implants are under the muscle as the first saline ones were also. Currently around 300cc and going to 325 silicone.

I do not recommend sleeping in a bra, plus your muscle is not stressed during sleep. You may need to limit how heavy you do lift and the frequency of this. I would suggest discussing this with the surgeon who repaired you.
Risks are low as long as the implant does not continue to drop and thin your tissu where the implant could become exposed.. Your higher side could be treated with ultrasound to see if the pocket could stretch and let it lower too.
These are good medical practice and it depends on surgery planned specially any capsulotomy or moving the implants more medially to give better leakage.
