Hi iam 5"2 and 120. I had a revision to fix rippling on top on my breast so i went under the muscle. Now my breast make me unhappy. They move all the time they have indentation everywhere, my whole cleavage is rippling. I have permanent darkness. Please tell how to fix this Iam so upset with my outcome
Answer: Make the next revision the last with an internal bra I see several issues, and so your next revision needs to take all of these things into account. The diameter of the implants may be too wide, the muscle looks like it is adhering to the capsule where it was cut, and there is lack of coverage over the lower pole. Going to smaller diameter implants will enable the fold to be raised to where the scars are, and adding an internal bra with Strattice ADM will take acre of the coverage/rippling issue.

Answer: Revision surgery Dear Cindy blue, breast revision surgery is the most difficult plastic surgery procedure performed. Botched breast surgery alters normal tissue planes and laxity, the ability of breasts to heal properly, and leaves scar tissue that dramatically affects the level of difficulty of the corrective surgery. Many patients come in to correct poor outcomes from their initial surgeries. The most common problems are due to implant malposition, bottoming out of the implant, poor scarring, and incorrect implant size. While the type of revision required will depend on the result of the previous surgery and the desired result of the patient, some revisions involve extensive pocket repair that may or may not need specialized external bras.If you are considering breast surgery revision, you should speak with a board certified plastic surgeon and have yourself properly assessed. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. Also, you have to make sure that your surgeon understands your breast augmentation goals.
