Unhappy with Tip rhinoplasty results 1 year post-op - advice? (photos)

I am past the 1 year mark post op & increasingly upset over results. My surgeon is suggesting to wait an additional 6 months then assess options - one of them being a fat graft to smooth the area? Which he warned might make it bulbous again! I was also met with the idea that Michael Jacksons mistake was going in for revisions & that I don't want to be in the same position?? I'm so scared. And increasingly self conscious, this does not look natural! Was this poor work or chance healing?
