Can a revision help the issues with my nose? (photos)

February 15, 2022

I really need some expert advice plz! I had a piezo septo-rhinoplasty Oct 2019. I am now 27 mths post-op and the right side is still very wonky. My biggest concern is the hollow area closest to my eye. Was too much bone removed? It feels very awful to touch. My nose also appears much wider now (dorsal hump was removed). Can these issues be fixed and the nose narrowed without further compromising my breathing? Will I need a cartilage graft? Can scar tissue make it appear wide again after healing?
