Hello, my rhinoplasty was on the 30th of September I'm almost 5 months post op and I'm in need of a second opinion, I had a very large nose it was crooked and the tip was huge and the bridge was wide I had a hump also , I know there is alot of swelling ( I have thick skin too) and that it would get better but I'm upset because I don't think my surgeon shaved down the sides of my bridge they look wide and I also have uneven nostrils I don't know if it's bcus of the swelling or if it's permanent

Based on your photos, it is not clear if you would need revision rhinoplasty - it's too soon to tell. Your nostril asymmetry is minimal and may improve, and so may your bridge asymmetry. When you see your surgeon for your 6-month follow up, get a copy of your B&A photos and consider re-asking your query. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
