Hello, my rhinoplasty was on the 30th of September I'm almost 5 months post op and I'm in need of a second opinion, I had a very large nose it was crooked and the tip was huge and the bridge was wide I had a hump also , I know there is alot of swelling ( I have thick skin too) and that it would get better but I'm upset because I don't think my surgeon shaved down the sides of my bridge they look wide and I also have uneven nostrils I don't know if it's bcus of the swelling or if it's permanent

From the photo, it looks like the nasal bone on the right side didn't heal in the correct position. An exam would be needed to know for sure, but if it's just the positioning of the bone, then it should be able to be improved with a revision. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
It's tough to tell with certainty the cause of your nasal blockage - an exam would be necessary. You appear to have deep "supra-alar creases" which may lead to external valve collapse in some. If your nostrils collapse on inspiration, you may have an external nasal valvular problem. Best to...
