I went into a septorhinoplasty in the summer of 2020 with breathing problems. The surgery was meant to improve my breathing and also make some aesthetic changes to the structure of the nose. Unfortunately, after the surgery, not only has my breathing not gotten better, it has got much worse than how it used to be. My question is who should I see, a plastic surgeon or an ENT? Do the pictures provided suggest anything wrong with the structure that could be affecting my breathing?
