I had septorhinoplasty years ago with excellent results. then I suffered nasal trauma which changed my bridge forever. septum was redeviated so a separate ent performed closed septoplasty / nasal valve repair. i don’t like how unattractive nose looks now. appears wider and flatter than after the trauma. I suffered more trauma after my most recent septoplasty. can revision from professional revision specialist improve my aesthetic? I no longer feel like myself. unhappy for 3 years now.

Answer: Can a revision rhinoplasty give me a natural look
Based on your photos, it is not clear if you would need revision rhinoplasty - it's too soon to tell. Your nostril asymmetry is minimal and may improve, and so may your bridge asymmetry. When you see your surgeon for your 6-month follow up, get a copy of your B&A photos and consider re-asking...
From the photo, it looks like the nasal bone on the right side didn't heal in the correct position. An exam would be needed to know for sure, but if it's just the positioning of the bone, then it should be able to be improved with a revision. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.
