Is it possible to have a revision rhinoplasty (L-type silicone implant)?

Diligent311101
2 years ago, I had an alarplasty and rhinoplasty in Thailand, using an L-type silicone implant. It appears that the nose bridge is too high and wide, and the nasal tip looks unnatural, so I want to have surgery again. Is it possible? The alar rim also looks a little asymmetrical. I also want to lower the nasal tip a little. I am not satisfied with the current nose shape. Does the irradiated homograft costal cartilage have to be applied?
