Thank you for your question and photo. This is the result when the surgeon does not know or respect the underlying muscle anatomy. You have unnatural grooves and uneven fat removal. This is difficult to fix, and will not be as good as if the surgery would’ve been done well the first time.In my practice, 15-20% of my liposuction cases are from poor results from other surgeons. I use the VASER Hi Def lipo technique to remove left over fat areas, sculpt the abdomen based on the abdominal muscle anatomy. Thank you for your question and your courage to post an image that I am sure makes you feel uneasy.You will need another surgery to correct this.
