I had a buttocks lift with fat transfer from abdomen 36 days ago I found that the size almost returned as it was as I had no fat transferred to them What I supposed to do now? I as I feel very depressed after bearing much cost and pain with no significant results to be mentioned Do I have another secondary fat transfer surgery or it will end just the same as the initial one? I feel lost and don't know what to do

It is always better to wait until your recovery time is completed to see the final results. Usually in the bbl your body could reabsorbe a certain amount of the fatty tissue grafted to your gluteal area. 
Check with your plastic surgeon about your post op and concerns, we always like to hear our patients and hel them.

Thank you for your question. I am sorry you are unsatisfied with your results. It is hard to tell without examining you, or seeing photos. Your final results won't be visible until the 90 mark. It is entirely possible that swelling in the adjoining areas, such as the lower back and abdomen, are impeding you from seeing a drastic change. Make sure you are wearing your post-surgical garments AKA 'faja' as tight as you can handle them. In the meantime, you can reach out to your coordinator and ask if the company has a retouch policy.
