Hello ademile, I appreciate your questions! Three months is too short of a time to assess your Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) final outcome. Maximum results will take up to 6 months to show. Bear in mind that swelling is a common post-surgery complication. I would recommend you waiting at least 4 more weeks for the swelling to recede and evaluate the results. If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, consult with your aesthetic plastic surgeon about your concerns and improvements’ options. There may be a percentage of fat that does not take, which is why touchup procedures are sometimes necessary. Hope this is helpful! Dr. De La Cruz.
Thanks so much for your question, The timing for a second round of liposuction, depends on several factors, including your individual healing process. The exact duration varies from person to person, but it is typically recommended to wait at least six months to a year.Sincerely, Dr. Emmanuel Mallol
Thank you for your question. Is hard to advice you without before and after photos. After a liposuction and brazilian butt lift surgery there is a process of swelling and bruising that peaks at 3 days after surgery and then undergoes the first stage of major resolution in the first 2 weeks after surgery. The lateer phase of healing takes place over the 2-3 months after surgery where everything really settles and softens. It is after this time that we are getting close to the final result, though this varies patient to patient. It usually takes up to 6 months for the final results to settle in.
