I had Lipo and BBL 3 months ago and I can't see any different in my butt. When can I get second round? (photo)

I appreciate your questions! Three months is too short of a time to assess your Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) final outcome. Maximum results will take up to 6 months to show. Bear in mind that swelling is a common post-surgery complication. I would recommend you waiting at least 4 more weeks for the swelling to recede and evaluate the results. If you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, consult with your aesthetic plastic surgeon about your concerns and improvements’ options. However, three months is a notoriously deceptive milestone in the cosmetic timeline.

To answer your question directly, you must wait a bare minimum of 6 months, but most reputable plastic surgeons will strongly insist on waiting a full 12 months before performing a second round of liposuction and fat transfer.

Thank you for your question. Is hard to advice you without before and after photos. After a liposuction and brazilian butt lift surgery there is a process of swelling and bruising that peaks at 3 days after surgery and then undergoes the first stage of major resolution in the first 2 weeks after surgery.  The lateer phase of healing takes place over the 2-3 months after surgery where everything really settles and softens.  It is after this time that we are getting close to the final result, though this varies patient to patient. It usually takes up to 6 months for the final results to settle in.
