So i had a bbl 4 months ago (fat transfer to butt and hips), i now have a defined hourglass shape, i'm really happy with my shape but would like to lean out a little bit so that my abs show and my arms also look more defined. I only weight train (3x week/1h). If i try to add a little cardio, and not eat so much so that i lose a little bit of fat, will i lose my butt and hips? Cause I love the current size , just want to look a little more lean in the ab area. where would i lose fat first from?
