Question

I had my first breast augmentation October 2020, developed scapular contracture, and had the left breast implant replaced January 2022. I have continued to have dull aches and pains in my left breast only and noticed changes in my cleavage for the last eight months or so. I’ve seen my Doctor Who says it’s normal, but the stent is continuing to grow. First pic is Feb of this yr, the rest are from today.

Dull aches and pains, as well as changes in cleavage, can sometimes be normal during the healing process after breast augmentation surgery. However, it's always important to trust your instincts and seek a second opinion if you're concerned about your symptoms.

A lot of this is due to your overall shape and width of sternum along with general settling and stretching of the skin.  Tacking of the pocket and revision of the attachments and shapemof the pocket may help.

You may be forming another capsule. However, if your breast is still soft, a small fat transfer could probably work well in that area.
