I had my first breast augmentation October 2020, developed scapular contracture, and had the left breast implant replaced January 2022. I have continued to have dull aches and pains in my left breast only and noticed changes in my cleavage for the last eight months or so. I’ve seen my Doctor Who says it’s normal, but the stent is continuing to grow. First pic is Feb of this yr, the rest are from today.

Your bottoming out and scar will certainly worsen with larger implants. I would not recommend going much bigger if you can avoid it. Larger implants will make bottoming out worse and puts lot of pressure on the breast fold and incision. Please visit with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Good luck!
Your heavy implants are thinning and stretching your tissue and sagging from the weight. You need to go smaller and have the inferior pockets repaired, possibly with mesh.
The breasts do look normal for this stage of healing with a medium profile implant. The boxiness is expected to improve with time as the tissues settle into position. With respect to the flatness, an implant with higher projection may be what you are looking for. A push up bra may help if you...
