I would definitely not perform a buccal fat pad removal in your case as your face is not excessively round at all. You are a beautiful girl. Buccal fat pad removal can offer tremendous results when performed on the right people, but for those who don’t have that facial fat excess, it creates hollow cheeks that age them. I personality had to treat patients who underwent that procedure and regretted later on, not being good candidates.

I would personally try Botox to relax the muscles and make the area thinner.

I also think that you would be a good candidate for a rhinoplasty (a tip plasty). It would highlight your natural beauty
