Looking for physician recommendations to address ongoing concerns re: how wide my nose and face look, in particular when I smile. Open to other suggestions, but these are the two procedures I have researched in depth so far. Any suggestions welcome. If rhinoplasty feels like a good fit for me, please let me know what type I should consider Note: I am 29, 21 BMI (normal) -- have not experienced a change in these features associated with weight.

Especially in the second photo, your nose is dropping and widening while laughing. I can recommend rhinoplasty surgery for your dropping nose.
