What is making my face unbalanced? And what is it with my cheeks?

I should start by saying that most faces have a certain degree of asymmetry, in this case, looking at the pictures that I have, it looks like the right side of the face has a more prominent zygomatic arch, and a more elevated brow. It looks like the right side is your most dominant, 'stonger' side, where the left one is less wide and the brow and cheekbone are slightly lower.

This type of asymmetry requires complex surgery for better results, and the patients I see, are asked which side of the face they prefer, the stronger or the weaker side, so I operate on it accordingly.

Some of the procedures that could help would be bone reduction to reduce width or Fat Injections to create volume.
