The same photo is inverted to show the difference, I would only like the procedure on the chubbier side for a more symmetrical look. I’ve had liposuction on my neck before to get rid of a large genetic double chin but my face shape didn’t change very much.

Based on your pictures, it looks like you could benefit from a mild bichectomy. Make sure to be in the hands of a qualified surgeon who doesn’t remove too much of fat, which can lead to a hollow face.

I would still recommend getting buccal fat removal done on both sides, but more can be removed on one side to help improve the asymmetry. I would also consider jawline lipo, to help create more jawline definition. These procedures are frequently done together for best results!

The limited photos don't allow me to give you a recommendation. In general, the buccal fat pad reduction surgery provides better contour to the lower cheek and face. It helps to enhance the Ogee curve and improves definition and contour. It would be helpful to see your entire cheek.
