Can you do Ultherapy for skin tightening above the knee area?

I know it’s for face and neck but wondered if they can deliver the same treatment on the small pocket of loose skin above the knees?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Ultherapy can be used for loose skin of the knee area, but in my opinion it is not the best option for this area. I prefer ThermiTight. Make sure you see an experienced physician provider for an in-person consultation and evaluation. Best wishes.

In our practice, we have had good success with ThermiTight for the above knee area. It is minimally invasive radiofrequency that heats just under the skin after a local anesthetic has been used. We layer it with ThermiSmooth over the top. The results can take several months to be more visible but I think this will last longer than Ultherapy in this area.

Hello,
I've had good success tightening the skin above the knee with Ultherapy. I've also used it to tighten abdominal skin, upper arms and buttock skin.
The results are gradual over 2-3 months and I find combining with PRP improves the results.
