I had a consultation for ultatherapy for full face only. The technician suggested 1400 lines for just my face (combination of 3 and 4.5) with heavier concentration on lower half of my face. I thought that sounded quite high given what I’ve read. I do not have deep lines or sagging. I asked her about the number and she said given my age (48) she wanted to give me more in the areas that bother me. She said there was no negative side effects by giving more lines. Does this sound right?

Answer: Ultherapy treatment and results--add lasers, RF, Sculptra, microneedling/prp, J Plasma, Nova threads
Great question. For what you are describing it sounds like a combination approach will get you the best results. I like to use Ultherapy first as a "foundation" treatment and then add volume were needed to optimize the results. When necessary I will add novathreads as well...
Hopefully by now, the raised area has gone away or at least is starting to dissipate. The welting you are experiencing is common when the transducer loses contact with the skin. That could be the result of the clinician not positioning the transducer properly, not applying enough pressure when...
Radiofrequency skin tightening treatments such as Viora®, or the skin smoothing laser Fraxel® or Clear & Brilliant® are great options for tightening loose undereye skin. They are often best used in combination, over time.
