Is 1400 lines for Ultherapy for full face only too much? (Photo)

Question

I had a consultation for ultatherapy for full face only. The technician suggested 1400 lines for just my face (combination of 3 and 4.5) with heavier concentration on lower half of my face. I thought that sounded quite high given what I’ve read. I do not have deep lines or sagging. I asked her about the number and she said given my age (48) she wanted to give me more in the areas that bother me. She said there was no negative side effects by giving more lines. Does this sound right?

A full face treatment with the Amplify protocol is minimum 800 lines. During a full face lifting treatment, some of the lines are placed at 3.0 mm and some are at 4.5 mm. Ultherapy is a great device for skin tightening, but a combination approach would gives the most improvement. I recommend Ultherapy with RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, J Plasma, nova threads or sculptra to get increased collagen, tightening and improve skin tone.  I recommend getting a formal evaluation with an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Current Merz protocol calls for 800 lines for the Full face in combination of 3 and 4.5.
Full face and Neck is 1100 lines. We charge $2200 for this procedure. I wonder where they would place additional lines and what is the purpose besides just simply overcharging. If needed I can provide the complete list with number of lines for each area.
