Can I fix my ugly vagina? (photo)

There is a lot of variation in how one's body looks.  Its painful to consider oneself ugly.  Your anatomy looks fine.  There are ways to improve our bodies. Cosmetic and reconstructive surgery are usually indicated for parts of the body we can't change on our own.  We can lose weight for instance but can't change the size of our nose.  Good luck!

While I do think you've had a reasonable improvement from your recent labiaplasty surgery, the preferences and expectations can vary widely between different patients. It's important for you to communicate clearly what you're after to your surgeon as there is a multitude of techniques and experience from different specialists in this area of work. Make sure you're comfortable and confident that your surgeon understands and appreciates your expectations as going for a revision labiaplasty is not a minor undertaking.

Thank you for your questions. Based on the photos, it does appear that you still have hypertrophic or enlarged labia minora which could be further reduced to create the look you are seeking. I would recommend finding a surgeon who specializes in labiaplasty procedures and also bring the photos to your appointment so your surgeon can understand the outcome you desire. It is important for the patient and surgeon to be on the same page in relationship to outcomes to prevent long term disappointment. You should ask to see before and after photos from your surgeon's previous procedures, this will typically give you a good idea of their outcomes. 

The multiple photos are displaying too small to see any detail. A current photo is best. If your desired look is to have a low profile appearance to the entire labia minora, then a linear contouring would suit you best.

From your own images and your ideal images, it does seem that you could undergo further reduction of the labia minora with a shave technique.  I would recommend finding a surgeon that is experienced with labial reductions to perform the procedure for you.

Yes there is room for improvement but you need an experienced surgeon who can demonstrate just how they would revise your present results as it could be made worse by an inexperienced surgeon.
Do your homework and get several opinions to protect yourself

Yes, correction is possible. All is not lost. An experienced cosmetic gynecologist can help you achieve more of what you desire, but you will need to allow a total of 5-6 months before attempting further surgery. 

The short answer is yes you can have a labiaplasty revision to change the appearance of your labia. I suggest you get a qualified surgeon that will discuss with you your history, your concerns and what would be a realistic out come from the procedure. 

You have an improvement from your surgery.  You could consider a revision as on the photo there appears to be some excess tissue remaining.
An in person evaluation is necessary to determine whether more can be done and whether it is worth your while to proceed.
A consultation will be very helpful in determining if what you are looking for is achievable.   Fat transfer is not unrealistic for you.
