How long after FUE until I can go SCUBA diving?

Always ask your doctor for post surgery care. If your doctor is not returning your email, call your doctor.  If you read you should not got SCUBA diving then you should not go.  In general you need to wait until you have healed adequately. 

I advice my patients to avoid scuba diving or similar sport activities for three weeks.Also when we consider the sun 4-6 weeks avoiding sun exposure should be kept in mind.

Once the transplanted hair have shed off around 3 -4 weeks after the surgery, then you can participate in any such activity just making sure that you do not cause a physical injury to your scalp in any way.

Mainly two weeks will be enough for the settlement of the transplanted follicles on the other hand extreme sport activities ,fighting sports and sport activities that you use your head directly should be avoided for a month.As a result scuba diving is one of the sport activities that you need tight outfits which cover your head and you should follow the restriction of one month.And please do not forget to avoid sun as you will be at sea for scuba diving.

You are wise to wait for and follow you surgeon's advice.I advise my patients to wait 3 weeks for scuba diving provided they have followed the post op instructions properly.All crusts should be off the recipient sites before putting on the gear.

you should be completely healed by four weeks and water sports or any other sports activity should be fine. But it is always a good idea to check with your doctor first.

After a hair transplant, the grafts should be secure by 3 weeks providing that all of the crusts have been off for at least 1 week. You should ask your doctor for advice on this issue.
