How soon after FUE hair transplant can I sleep on my recipient area?

Normally you can start to sleep normally after 1 week post operation. You can put normal pillow under you neck pillow maybe you feel better. 

You can sleep on your back after surgery. If you have a concern about a sleeping position call your doctor.

You can sleep on the recipient sites after 8-10 days provided you have done a really good job following the post op instructions.

Most clinics do not suggest washing the recipient in the first 4 days as you can dislodge your grafts. However, ultimately its best to do what your doctor recommends and keep regular follow up visits.

usually the first two to three weeks you need to be careful with sleeping. However after the head is healed which is around two weeks time, you can return to your normal routine and sleep in the areas of implantation. 

If you wash your hair diligently every day and wash off of crusts, you can sleep front down after 7 days provided that there is no crusting present.
