I had an fue hair transplant in Turkey in March 2015 after 7 months of the operation the hair is pretty thick in density but now it's December and most of the hair that grew back is lost again. Thank you

If you lost hair after a hair transplant surgery, you need to see your doctor for a recheck.  There is no way to tell what happened with a photo.

You really should have an in person follow up.  Many of these foreign clinics are not even run by doctors so you are taking the luck of the draw.  But even in the best of doctor run clinics, results are never 100%.  Follow up is key.

You'll want to see your surgeon for a full evaluation.  This pattern is not common. In such situations, blood tests and possibly a biopsy could be in order. See your surgeon.

if you are losing your transplanted hair, you need to see your doctor and find out what they did to cause this problem. If it is your native hair that is falling off, it may be normal progression of your hair loss and may need to start using a medical hair regiment to slow down the hair loss.

Shedding
after a hair transplant without the drug finasteride on board is common. If the shedding is in the transplanted area and the new grafts did not offset the shock loss, you have a problem and need to see  a doctor to determine your options. If the shedding is from all over the front and top of
the head it sounds like shock loss which usually accelerates the hair loss that
you might have seen two years after a hair transplant had you not been on the
drug. You are a good doctor now need to develop a MASTER PLAN
for what may happen to you and what are your options.
