If you have crusts and issues one month after surgery, it is not normal and you need to contact your doctor asap.  You need to follow up with your doctor and follow your doctors instructions.

Please speak to your surgeon as soon as possible to review recommended post op care at their clinic.You have a large amount of crust. This needs to be softened and loosened. Every surgeon has different recommendations but I like this crust gone in the second week. Baby oil works wonders to loosen crusting. This must be done properly of one risks losing grafts.Showering with the shower beating down is generally okay at day 10-14. Again each clinic has different advice. With your persistent crusting, I would simply advise you to speak to your surgeon as soon as possible.

This is a sign of poor washing techniques. You can not remove or pick them off. Use a shampoo, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, and gentle rub what comes off easily. Repeat this twice a day until all of the crusts are off. Picking them off will cause loss of the grafts.
