Thank you very much for yourquestion and photograph. I’m sorry to see that you are dealing withcomplications following your recent Botox injections. Too much Botox can causethe brows to sag and droop, and unfortunately, there is nothing that can bedone to correct the situation. The Botox will have to wear off on its own, taking about three months. Let your Botox provider know about your currentsituation. Remember in the future, only choose a Botox injection with extensiveexperience, and who works under the guidance of a board certified plasticsurgeon. This will reduce the chances for any complications to occur.
Thank you for sharing your question and photograph. Unfortunately the Botox resulted in paralysis of the muscle responsible for opening your eyelid as well as the forehead muscle that was elevating your brows. The effects will disappear within 3-4 months to return your previous appearance but in the meantime your injector can prescribe iopidine drops to help the right eye. Hope this helps.
you need eye lifting and skin removal, stop the botox and restart it after you have done this procedure. otherwise you can do skin tightening like ultherapy and thermage, but you are a surgical candidate. Best, Dr. Emer.
The treatment is not permanent. The effect where off. What does not go away, was likely there before the botox. Unfortunately you did not provide photographs of what you looked like before any treatment.
Thank you for sharing your picture. Probably they used too much of Botox on your forehead and now you feel profound heaviness on your upper eyelids. One solution to offset this problem is to make sure that glabella(muscles between your eye brows in the middle) and crows feet are going to be injected with Botox to counterbalance the muscles of forehead.
It looks like a little too much botox was used.We tend to be more conservative in our approach. It's always possible to "add more" but unfortunately, when too much is used, you have to wait until it resolves.Good news: it always resolves completely. Make sure you let your injector know your preference if you get it done again. We always communicate with our clients to help them achieve their own individual expectations. Communication is key.
Sorry to hear about your Botox experience. Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done at this point. Botox cannot be reversed. I believe too much Botox was injected into your frontalis and it was injected too close to the eyebrows and this is why you have both an eyebrow and right eyelid ptosis (droopiness). Iopodine drops will help with the right eyelid ptosis but otherwise you will need to wait for the Botox to wear off over the next 3-4 months. Probably not the answer you wanted to read but hang in there.
I'm so sorry to hear that this happened. Iodipine drops may help until the Botox wears off. If correctly placed, Botox may be able to get you a bit of a brow lift instead of a droop. However, looking at your upper eyelids, it looks like you may want some skin tightening or removal. Fillers in your temples and over your brow will restore the volume you had there when you were younger, provide some scaffolding and lift. Lasers would help, as could a blepharoplasty. Consult someone experienced in a full range of aesthetic options to help you decide on the best combination of treatments to meet your aesthetic goals.
Ptosis after Botox can happen even by the best injectors. Time makes it better but iopidine drops can be prescribed to improve the drooping
It bothers me that you had this experience. Your right lid appears to be very low. There are drops that can help but the Botox will have to wear off. I think it is critical to have a qualified injector. Botox is very safe and effective to treat wrinkles.
I see what you are talking about but do not worry. It can be helped. Sometimes when inject crows feet, the depressor function of the orbicular muscle is relaxed which makes the competing forehead muscle lift brow. You can add a little more Botox to the lateral part of the forehead to redu...
Botox to the upper lip will cause a certain degree of muscle weakness. The good news is that the botox in this area wear off very quickly.
Thank you for your question. You will most likely need a combination of treatments as your lines are deep. I would first treat this with Botox to see how much the lines soften. After Botox you can use some filler to help soften the remainder of the lines. This is only a temporary solution as...
