I had chin/neck tumescent liposuction 5 days ago and since the operation I have had a crooked smile. I'm aware that the marginal mandibular nerve has been damaged and am now extremely worried that my smile is permanently damaged. I attach a photo from day 1, and today (day 5). I think there is some slight improvement in that you can see more teeth in today's photo? Do you think my smile will return, and how long do you think it will take judging on the movement so far? Thank you
