What can be done about these vertical skin folds following neck tumescent liposuction? Please respond with what can be done as part of a neck lift and/or what can be done nonsurgically.

The neckbands will respond to aggressive massage and if that does not work then try Thermismooth tightening. After that if there is still some skin wrinkling that bothers you then use ResurFx.RegardsDr.Janjua

Your best option at this point is an actual surgical neck lift to stretch the skin and eliminate these wrinkles.
