I started to give eyelid surgery some thought when I reached age 40 it was not until I reached the age of 51 that serious considertaion began. Dr. Spera was recommended by a friend that had similar procedures and I decided to seek consultation and evaluation. It was from the first call that my expectations were set high. The staff were very welcoming on the telephone and I received very concise answers to treatment and the range of fees. The consultation was very thorough and the evaluation included an examination of my entire face not just the eye area. Dr. Spera spent at least 1 hr with me and there is no fee for consultation. He is very focused on safety and expectations. I decided to proceed with the intended surgery and my results are incredible. The procedure makes me look 15 years younger. The surgery center that Dr. Spera uses is A+++ rated the nurses and staff were all kind caring and very knowledgeable. I highly reccomend Dr. Spera for facial cosmetic surgery.

Unprofessional,unqualified staff that could care less about fixing problems and customers satisfaction,but rather only care about making more profit. hung up on me twice for me trying to speak to some one in charge!
