So it's been approx 48 hours since my juvaderm injection of 0.5ml (in top lip only) and the swelling has reduced alot; My only concern now is the lumps more (prominent in one side) will they go or shall I massage them out? Thanks

I recommend avoiding ibuprofen because it may make bruising worse. Tylenol can be used for any post-treatment tenderness. It takes 1-2 weeks for final results. Hope this helps.
After fillers it is common to get areas of swelling or bruising. Bruising tends to be hard and can take a little longer to break down. There is the possibility this is filler but it is unusual for filler to go hard early on, bruising is much more likely. The soreness of the area also suggests...
I would still try massaging, you might be surprised that the lumps will just gradually lessen over time. You can always get them dissolved, but I would give it so me time unless you are really bothered. They are barely visible on the photos.
