At this point, firm massage may still give improvement. However, if you're unhappy with your results, you can have the filler dissolved. Hope this helps.

I would still try massaging, you might be surprised that the lumps will just gradually lessen over time.  You can always get them dissolved, but I would give it so me time unless you are really bothered.  They are barely visible on the photos.

Lip filler can be massaged after any time. After a few weeks the capsule that develops around the filler will be stronger, so the amount of change tends to be less and can the more time. Your options at this point are to break down the filler with an enzyme and potentially start again (with no guarantee that you will get a better result) or keep massaging gently and over time you should encourage the filler to breakdown more quickly in the areas where there are bumps.
If after a couple of weeks you are still unhappy I would go back to your Doctor.

You can always massage your lips, however, after three weeks of having received your treatment it may be a bit futile. If there are issues that you're not happy with, you should bring them up to your treating physician. Good luck from New York City. PS always look at your pictures prior to the treatment and compare them to the after the treatment photographs

It is possible to massage some lumps out even after a few weeks. If not, then they can be dissolved with an injection.
