The best treatment for heavy forehead after botox is to let the service wear off and find a new injector.  Look into the Microdroplet Lift. This is a cosmetic botulinum toxin treatment that lifts the brows rather than making the forehead heavy.

Give it a full 2 wks before assessing your results.  The results take effect gradually and usually settle into place by day 14.  If you have brow drop or lid heaviness, speak with your injector about placing botox in the mid and lateral eyebrow to help raise it.  Best of luck!

Within 2 weeks is where you see the maximum effect. If this has not improved by then, I would contact your injector and let them know what is going on so they can modify your treatments. Without knowing location and number of units it is hard to make an assessment, however rule of thumb is to let your injector know about your results so they can have you come in for a follow up assessment if they feel you need to be seen.  

Usually it's max effect around a week.  You'll find the feeling of fullness/weakness improves a little as you approach 2-3 weeks after the treatment but it won't fully recover for another 4 months or so.

For most patients this will begin to improve after 4 to 6 weeks but could persist for longer. It is important that you discuss this with your injector so that they can modify your future treatments. When the brow droops after Botox injection, it is because the muscle supporting the brow has been injected. This generally lasts 3-4 months. It can often be counteracted by a small dose of Botox below the corner of that brow, which weakens the muscles pulling the brow down, to balance it. In future, your forehead Botox should be injected a bit higher to avoid the brow droop. If you absolutely must inject low for low forehead wrinkles, you can inject at the brow at the same time. situation. Botox is a purified protein used to address wrinkles associated with
facial expression. Most people enjoy their results for 3-4 months. At that point the wrinkles are back to baseline and a modified maintenance treatment may be performed placing the product higher in the forehead.
