So far I have tried IPL, fillers, profhilo and plasma pen but nothing has made any difference. The lines are about an inch long.

First, let me say that I am sorry that you have not had any success to date with your problem. Unfortunately, a close-up HD photo would have been of greater value. What I can say is that I have personally achieved improvement with this kind of problem in the decollete region via the use of microdroplets of a neuromodulator, such as Botox, placed in a grid pattern throughout the area preceded (during the same treatment session) by the combined use of appropriately injected Profhilo and Viscoderm Hydroboosters). I use the latter two agents in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved fillers and skin boosters are available. (In my NY office, I defer to Belotero Balance for these purposes). If divided into two separate treatment sessions, Botox used as above, would then be later followed by the injectables. It is certainly difficult from the photo to determine whether a series of microneedling treatments would be of any additional value. You would be wise to make sure that you consult with a board certified aesthetic physician.  Best of luck

Fractional laser is an amazing and highly effective treatment in our office. We use the laser treatment to help with acne scars, large pores, fine wrinkles, tissue collagen loss, scars, sebaceous hyperplasia, active acne, and for brightening dark pigmentation. Although there are very strong fractional lasers such as CO2 laser, we use lighter treatments for corrective skincare and maintenance of results. Our Thulium fractional laser, clear and brilliant laser, and Ultra Thulium laser are excellent options in our clinic. We also perform CO2 fractional and erbium depending on skin tone and tolerance for downtime. Patients do have to use a Melarase cream before and after treatment to help further reduce pigmentation after laser. Dark spots can improve with these treatments. I recommend fractional laser for incisional scars as well, especially after plastic surgery.

We use the Pearl Laser to address fine lines and wrinkles on the chest with great results... usually with just one treatment. The laser works by jump-starting your own collagen producing process to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It will also improve discoloration of the skin and scaring. Some patients see improvement in as little as a week, with full results 3 months post treatment.

I’ve had consistent success treating these types of wrinkles with Halo laser. Usually it would take 2-3 treatments over a year to see this fade away and become less and less prominent with each treatment. Treating the whole chest rather than just injecting into a wrinkle is important because this wrinkle is developing from laxity of the skin above it.
