Answer: Expert Treatments with Clear and Brilliant Microfractional laser treatments can benefit skin quality and resiliency through collagen stimulatory effects. In our office, we use combination platforms for Clear and Brilliant added to PRP, fractional RF, and filler placement in order to enhance the skin. We use Clear and Brilliant laser to improve sun spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, atrophic skin, and skin wrinkles; in addition to scars.

Answer: Laser Resurfacing & Skin Tightening -- Fraxel, CO2 or Erbium with Microneedling/PRP, Sculptra, Ultherapy, Radiofrequency Fraxel and/or CO2 are best for resurfacing, but Erbium is a good alternative. I always combine lasers with microneedling/PRP for more robust outcomes. For skin tightening, I recommend a combination of Ultherapy with RF treatments and Sculptra for skin tightening.
