We would recommend our patients complete their full treatment plan of Morpheus8 before having Bellafill or any filler infected. We know it's hard to be patient, but it's worth it. We ask our patients to wait at least 2 weeks after Morpheus8 to come in for filler.

You are young, so your skin should respond to treatment well. Mopheus8 would be a great option to tighten the lower face and upper neck. Morpheus8 is done in a series of three treatments, spaced 4-6 weeks apart. There is little downtime with Morpheus8.

This is a great question. Even though saline and silicon implants may have small amounts of trace heavy metals from the manufacturing process, it is safe to do Emsculpt treatments with any implants. Emsculpt uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM) pulses to cause sub-maximal muscle contraction. In short, it is safe for individuals with implants to use.

It is common for patients to sometimes feel like the very issue they were wanting to improve got worse after treatment. We may not notice subtle differences like a few pounds of weight fluctuation. This is not necessarily the case with you. It is hard to trust the process, but RF treatments do cause collagen production and cause tissue retraction (tightening). I encourage you to do a side by side comparison after 6 months, hopefully you will be pleasantly surprised.

It sounds like the med spa you got the treatment plan from is right on track. The package price is very good for the treatments, as well.

You can do Micro-needling a year after a facelift. It may be beneficial to have the effects of your facelift last longer. You will need to discontinue use of any Renton-A and Retinal a minimum of 2 weeks prior to service.

Laser Hair Removal does not take away dead skin cells. It is always a possibility but not enough for a noticeable difference or enough to replace your regular exfoliation. There are other treatments that take away dead skin cells much more effectively so I would consult with your technician to see what she recommends is best for you.

There is a possibility of breakouts after the Intracel treatment, especially if your skin is already acne prone. I always advise my patients to use proper skincare products to help prevent breakouts. I recommend IS Clinical's cream cleanser, Isdin sunscreen and Neova Cu3 lotion for post procedure. Beyond skincare, LED light therapy helps reduce inflammation if you do break out. At our office, we offer 3 LED light therapy treatments complimentary with the procedure so I would consult with your practice to see if they offer something similar. If you are going to an office with an MD and the breakouts are severe, you can request a Zpack which is an antibiotic pack that helps the breakouts subside, especially if you are on a time crunch with work. 

In my practice, Emsculpt is performed by our BTL trained Laser technicians. As long as the technician or nurse has been trained by BTL, they are qualified to perform the Emsculpt treatment. If the patient is uncomfortable or wants my opinion on the treatment, I always offer them a complimentary consultation with me so we can discuss the treatment more in depth and answer any additional questions they might have.

I'm sorry to hear you aren't seeing results! I think beyond what the other doctors have recommended, it's important to remember that Emsculpt results do continue to improve for up to a year after your initial treatment sessions. Beyond that, I always encourage my patients to maintain proper diet and exercise as well as compare your Before/After pictures.
