I have been with Dr. Burgmeier for over 15 years. He somehow always seems to understand just what I'm looking for. I Just flew across the country to get his expertise. And he did not disappoint. His easy going manner and attention to detail is what keeps me coming back. One other thing I like about him, is he never forgets you, no matter how long it's been since he's seen you!

Perfect Skin Laser Center is fantastic! In fact, this is the only clinic I trust with my laser-related services. Love the BBL for treatment of my rosacea and brown spots that develop from time to time. Terra is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. Dr. B runs the best laser place in town!

Dr B is both an Angel and a Magician. Yesterday he gave me a Fraxel treatment on my neck and lower face and a bit of Bellafill to erase jowels. He knew what would give me just the right lift and made it easy and affordable. Since Dr. B did my facial restructuring earlier this year, people I haven’t seen in years have told me that I look so much younger, and one called it “reverse aging.“ At age 77 that’s quite a compliment. I trust Dr. B to inject needles in my face which could be scary, and I highly recommend him to take the best professional care of each and every client. Dr B and his entire staff are professional, friendly and at the top of their field! My first visit was for a BBL to tackle sun damage, and I purchased a package of three. Terra was very informative when I explained that my concerns were sun damage, and wrinkles around my mouth area. She offered options ranging from no downtime to more invasive procedures, and suggested a consultation with Dr B for his advice. I was leaning toward the Halo treatment, but after speaking to Dr B, decided on skin resurfacing around my mouth and then Halo on the remainder of my face. I really appreciated that he showed me before and after photos of the skin resurfacing so that I would know what to expect. I decided to go with the procedure that would give the best results, but would include some downtime. The first couple of days after the resurfacing were not pleasant, but actually it was better than I expected as Dr B had prepared me for what it possibly could be. I was given post care products, and instructions on how to take care of my skin to get the best results. From day four on, my face showed improvement each day. I could tell that I was going to be really pleased with the results after about 10 days! My friends and family also could tell the difference. I am now 5 1/2 weeks post procedure, and though I still have slight redness around my mouth, it is easily covered by light makeup. My entire face is smooth and clear, and will continue to improve! I am SO glad that I had the skin resurfacing and Halo! When I attended my 52nd (2 year covid delay) high school reunion last weekend, several classmates commented on how great I looked. I had the Halo Laser done on my face and chest. While my chest is still pre-peeling status (it takes longer to heal), my face took all of 5 days to heal - amazing!

The process was pretty easy. The technician, Beth, took pictures, explained the process and aftercare, and applied a topical numbing cream that was allowed to sit sit an hour. Then, she completed the treatment which was quick and mildly uncomfortable.

After the laser, my face was super hot for a few hours, but it dissipated quickly after that. I was a bit concerned about my rosacea, but it was fine! While I was well-informed about the laser and and healing process, I was not quite prepared for how dry my skin would get on about day 3. Aquaphor saved me! Highly recommend having something VERY moisturizing. It speeds up the healing process.

Dr. B and his staff are awesome. Dr. B keeps it real, only telling you what you need and nothing more. The techs are all very friendly. This is only place I will go for my laser-related treatments!

I love everything about this office! After having 2 aggressive treatment I will never let anyone other than Dr B perform procedures on me. I trust his professional opinion regarding a course of actions as he fully explains downtime, recovery process and expectations. The techs are also extremely knowledgeable about the equipment, process, recovery etc.
