My décolletage is quite sun damaged. I’ve had. Session of mesotherapy an IPL. Would fillers help as a quick fix or is there something else out there that Wouk help? Is the crepyness and the redness hat bothers me he most
Answer: Skin rejuvenation Your exposed chest wall is an area that shows most of your aging secondary to sun damage over the years. Skin tightening and rejuvenation works best with radiofrequency treatments. I like the new Venus Versa. It has a multipolar skin tightening hand piece that tightens and plumps the skin. For sun damage IPL is still the best but you need 6-8 treatments over months. See an experienced provider for help. Hope this helps. JB

Answer: Expert Treatments with Clear and Brilliant Microfractional laser treatments can benefit skin quality and resiliency through collagen stimulatory effects. In our office, we use combination platforms for Clear and Brilliant added to PRP, fractional RF, and filler placement in order to enhance the skin. We use Clear and Brilliant laser to improve sun spots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, atrophic skin, and skin wrinkles; in addition to scars. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianRealself100 Surgeon

Answer: Laser Resurfacing & Skin Tightening -- Fraxel, CO2 or Erbium with Microneedling/PRP, Sculptra, Ultherapy, Radiofrequency Fraxel and/or CO2 are best for resurfacing, but Erbium is a good alternative. I always combine lasers with microneedling/PRP for more robust outcomes. For skin tightening, I recommend a combination of Ultherapy with RF treatments and Sculptra for skin tightening. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Sundamaged, crepey decolletage My first message is always to do anything possible to avoid getting damage here - spread the word to younger women about physical sunscreen and sleeping with a pillow between their girls. I wish someone had told me back in the 70's.Because the skin is thin and has poor blood supply, there is no one home run treatment. Our consistent best results come from those who do a series of treatments where we do BBL (broadbandlight), Halo, Photorevelation (1064 YAG) and a mesh of PDO threads under the skin to promote smoothness during the laser healing and more collagen production over the coming months. If someone is really up for 6-8 weeks of downtime, we do offer a much more aggressive (within the realm of staying very safe) combination of the above, but substituting both full field and fractional erbium with appropriate settings. This should only be done by an experienced laser resurfacing office, though.

Answer: Crepey Décolletage I like a combination of BBL for superficial redness, Clear Silk (NdYag) for deeper redness and skin tightening, and Halo (a hybrid Erbium and non ablative laser) to resurface and improve collagen and elastin. 1 treatment would make a significant improvement but 2-3 would be ideal for achieving the best possible outcome.
