Glandular tissue left behind after gynaecomastia surgery, is a revision required? (photos)

mbabur
Two weeks ago I had gynaecomastia surgery. Prior I had an ultrasound that revealed a small amount of gland and fat. I mentioned I wanted both removed, he stated that he will try to remove both using lipo and if not he will remove the gland via extraction. After waking I discovered only lipo had been performed. Now two weeks later, I'm satisfied with the fat removal but as the swelling has decreased the gland appears to still be there with my nipple being puffy, please see attached.
