Im contenplating doing the gynomastia operation and plan to start lifting weights once I'm fully healed. I would like some advice before starting a programme of supplements, which I've never done before. Then supplements I plan to take are whey power, creatine and bcaa and wondering I this will induce gyno once again. The idea is to take them all. Is this possible without gyno returning? Would one be more suitable than the other or to avoid all if not one completely.
