I had gland incision surgery 2 months back. But there is a hard lump behind the nipple still, will it ever go away? (photo)

The nipples were not so puffed up after removal of the tapes and it has swollen only recently. I just fear it will never go away as it has already been 2 months. The doctor said it would at least take 6. But the hard lump makes me think the scar tissue is here to stay. Will it go away?

Russianguy.  Hard to say from your photographs but if there is still redundant skin or dog ears they are easily corrected on the local anesthesia. Discuss your concerns again with your plastic surgeon. Best of luck.
