I am due to have the 2 nd stage of implant surgery on my tooth 3 days after Botox which involves reopening the gum and placing the abundment into the rod that has already been put there. Is this safe , worried the vibrations might cause the Botox to spread.

Answer: Botox before dental implant Hi kimmymoff, thanks for your question. Having dental surgery 3 days after Botox should not be a problem. By then the botox is already in place (in fact, we generally assume the risk of spread to be limited to the first 4 hours after injection) and should not be impacted by your surgery at all.
