It hard to comment on your specific case without seeing a photo or evaluating you in person. I would wait until any swelling and bruising from the surgery has resolved before proceeding with filler treatment. I would suggest having a conversation regarding possible filler treatment with your plastic surgeon.

Hi qr9,Buccal fat removal surgery will have very little effect (swelling) on the jaw and mostly none on the chin area, however, it will still be best to be on the safe side and wait 4 weeks, or do the fillers before the buccal fat removal surgery. The threadlift can be done with any of the other 3 procedures.
