Can an old untreated orbital floor fracture cause Botox to seep into my nasal cavities and cause breathing difficulties?

Chris861
Six years ago I received a punch to the face. I was told I had a Orbital floor blowout fracture. Since then, I have not had any problems except for a swelling around the cheek and gum which I manage to "pop' or move upwards the other day. All nerve pain has gone. I have had no vision issues or pain. Should I be concerned that Botox for crow's feet could seep into my sinuses and cause breathing muscle paralysis? Would this stop me breathing when asleep? Thank you
