Absolutely amazing!! She listened to all my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. Her knowledge and skills speak for themselves. I walked in having some insecurities and walked out feeling wonderful! Her compassion, bedside manners are impeccable! Her attention to detail in aesthetics, hormone replacement, and vaginal rejuvenation is remarkable. I felt at ease explaining my concerns and I love the fact she’s a female MD. The staff is great and the office is beautiful! Thank you Dr. Sweeten and Pynch Medical I will definitely be referring my family and friends!
There is an art to micro needling. Dragging and scraping the needles across your face is destructive, counterproductive and causes undesirable trauma. A more perpendicular method assures triggering a wound healing cascade without scarring the tissue more. If PRP or growth factors were used it will heal but will take time. You will need 6-8 treatments, a month apart with a maximum needle depth of 1.5. Vitamin A products are optimal. Avoid alcohol based toners, Retin A/HQ for 10 days. Use excellent skin care products and cover-up like Oxygenix Best wishes from sunny Arizona
I have worked with multiple energy based micro needling technologies and as an operator and a consumer the Vivace is hands down the best. The guarded gold needles of the Vivace and the robotically driven handpiece offer one of the most precise and comfortable devices for microneedling with no downtime. It offers 2 modes of light to address acne scars and pores as well as skin tightening and wrinkle reduction in one complete package. Vivace microneedles are insulated. Microneedle electrodes deliver bi-polar energy deep into dermis without damaging the epidermis. Minimally invasive RF thermal energy creates fractional electrocoagulation in the dermis which diminishes a very bloody treatment and facilitates a natural wound healing process promoting the remodeling of collagen, elastin and wound contraction. With more power, the ability to adjust the depth and the flexibility in controlling the length of time the needle is engaged with tissue the Vivace dramatically improves the treatment outcomes of other radio frequency microneedling systems while making it less messy, more pleasant and a quicker recovery.
Hello jf2017, In looking at the photos I would only recommend that you see a oculoplastic surgeon for the left eye ptosis since it's a specialized technique that not many surgeons perform. Now, as for the concern of your jawline, I think injecting botox might give you aesthetically unpleasing results and your BEAUTIFUL! Best of Luck!!
Hello Snigit, There is always a risk of bleeding, bruising and swelling associated with dermal fillers. The bruise you have is not uncommon so don't worry, it will subside in a few days. However, if symptoms get worse, pain, hot to the touch, redness, I would recommend you see the physician. Best of Luck!
Hello Joannariza, Thats a very good question. Microneedling with PRP is always a great way to start. I would also recommend the Pixel (RF) Radio Frequency Fractional Resurfacing, its a combination of "non-ablative" and "ablative resurfacing" on ALL skin types. Stimulates collagen, and eliminates wrinkles, fine lines, tone and texture, skin tightening, scars, stretch marks, acne scars leaving your skin youthful and radiant. Best of Luck!
