Hi , I'm 5'4 , 110lbs. Had multiple pregnancies. Currently stuck with some fat and loose skin in the abdominal area. Interested to understand if I'm a good candidate for vaser lipo to help tighten the area or if there are other solutions that are effective and noninvasive. Would I have to have a tummy tuck for the best results? Thanks

Based on your description and photos, a tummy tuck is not necessary in your case. A full waist VASER liposuction or Hi-Def lipo would be a much better option to target stubborn fat and achieve a tighter, smoother contour. VASER also provides some skin tightening, which is ideal for post-pregnancy changes. With your current weight and body type, you’re likely a great candidate for this less invasive approach.

This is a hard answer to give based on the pictures only. I would highly suggest you have a consult with a surgeon that has skill in all the following:  liposuction, vaser, renuvion and tummy tucks and all their iterations. I have a feeling to meet your desires and needs, there are several options or more likely a combination of options which would likely be, microneedling, internal skin tightening with vaser and renuvion and minimal touch of lipo. Possibly depending on the degree of skin laxity you could consider mini tummy tuck but that would 100% depend on physical examination.

HelloThere is excess skin and sagging above the abdomen. When fat is removed from the area, your skin will become even looser. Vaser liposuction is not a technique that tightens the skin. Thank you for your question and photos. Based on these limited view photos, you are a great candidate for VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 degrees (best) or just the front of the body. It is difficult to assess the skin laxity from these photos, but Renuvion skin tightening might be needed at the same time. You do not need a tummy tuck if this is your natural posture without "sucking" the tummy in. You already have a nice figure, with some visible underlying muscle anatomy which can be accentuated for you with the VASER technique. I think a tummy tuck for you would be too aggressive for you. You are in great shape after multiple pregnancies! I would definitely recommend vaser liposuction, and possibly Renuvion, to get that stubborn fat and tighten the skin. Based on your photos, the most I would recommend for that upper skin laxity is possibly a reverse tummy tuck, but hopefully you won’t need any kind of cutting after trying out a more conservative approach!

You have lots of options.  You can certainly see results with Vaser Lipo but you may not need to be that aggressive.  Rather you can also consider Renuvion or Radio Frequency micro-needling which can also have very nice results without surgery.
