Hi there, the goal of a good natural BBL is to use your anatomy to your advantage. In your photos you have a very slim build and don't have a lot of fat to work with. So the best course of action would be to use whatever fat we can find and fine tune your natural shape to look more curvy. An inverted heart look may not work with limited amount of fat, but adding some volume to the sides and back can create a nice improvement without looking fake.
