I am considering lipo with a bbl. I am 5’2 and 115 lbs. I have an A-shape butt and Asian, I want it to look nice and round but not too fake looking. Do I get an inverted heart or curvy look

Thank you for your question and photo. Based on this single view back photo, it is difficult to assess how much fat can be harvested for a BBL. In my experience as a Total Definer surgeon, you would benefit from VASER Hi Def Lipo 360 and fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping and enhancement. Based on this photo, you have a "square shape" and not an "A shape". The first one is more difficult to achieve your desired result.
