Age 32 - suggestions for jowls/fat deposit & chin definition? (Photos)

Hello, I am 32 and have formed a pre jowl sulcus with fat deposits/jowls. I’ve tried two rounds of Kybella with no luck. I’ve gotten several syringes of chin filler and it has helped, but the dip between my chin and the jaw still shows and makes the jowls appear larger. It also makes the lower half of my face look very bulky. I would prefer a more v-shape look. I was interested in chin lipo + FaceTite. Or jawline filler/threads?
