Age 32 - suggestions for jowls/fat deposit & chin definition? (Photos)

Question

Hello, I am 32 and have formed a pre jowl sulcus with fat deposits/jowls. I’ve tried two rounds of Kybella with no luck. I’ve gotten several syringes of chin filler and it has helped, but the dip between my chin and the jaw still shows and makes the jowls appear larger. It also makes the lower half of my face look very bulky. I would prefer a more v-shape look. I was interested in chin lipo + FaceTite. Or jawline filler/threads?

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. You have an underdeveloped chin and the soft tissue overlying the jawline is giving you the 'dips'. A genioplasty done properly will extend the chin and improve the profile and frontal contours yielding a more tapered appearance.
