It is completely understandable that you want a more natural, subtle look; your current 415cc high-profile implants are sitting above the muscle, which naturally creates a very round, highly projected "fake" upper pole and aggressive cleavage because there is very little tissue over the top of the device to soften its edges. Since you already like your natural breast shape, achieving a way smaller and more effortless look will involve a secondary breast surgery to downsize the implants and change their structural projection. My recommendation would be to transition to a significantly smaller, low or moderate-profile implant (likely in the 200cc to 250cc range) and, crucially, move the placement underneath the muscle (submuscular or dual-plane) . Shifting the implant pocket under the muscle uses your own chest tissue to naturally camouflage the upper border, while a lower profile spreads the volume more shallowly across your breast base rather than pushing it sharply forward&mdash;giving you that soft, relaxed slope and wider, more natural cleavage gap you are looking for.

Reducing your implants by over 200cc could warrant a lift recommendation.  Your surgeon will consider the profile and volume of the implant you are considering, your skin elasticity, your desired result, and how long the implants have been in place to help determine if a lift is recommended in your case.
