I want to look more feminine - rhinoplasty, chin and smile fillers? (photos)

A rhinoplasty to reduce your dorsal hump and your tip cartilages along with some cartilage grafts would be indicated.  I would recommend fat grafting to your chin and smile lines at the same time.  

I believe you are an excellent candidate for surgery. You overall facial lines are beautiful and you will get a 10/10 score out of it.
Your nasal septum is obviously prominent and the chin is too small.
With a septal reduction and a chin implant you will see you cheeks and eyes more prominent and become much more feminine as you like.
There are some essential functional spectacular to be evaluated at consultation and I can not comment on them now.

  Thanks for submitting your pictures and photos. The more information we get... the better job we can do of answering your specific question. First of all let me say Kudos to you for submitting great photos... while not perfect preop pictures... you have covered most of the important angles necessary for me to make some comments. You have a classic combination of retrogmathia or microgenia (small or setback chin) and a prominent nose. It gives your face an unbalanced (beaked) appearance and you're right.. not so elegant a look. Rhinoplasty chin implant would be perfect for you and we could morph your image so you could see the end result as well..
