Help please! Feeling cold most of the time....is it normal...?

The body is expending a lot of energy in healing so feeling cold is not totally unexpected. If you are having chills with shivering this is a different matter. This should be reported to your plastic surgeon.

Hello and I am sorry to hear that you are concerned.
You are a bit more fragile and your body is healing after a major surgery!
You need a sweater you can have it! It's the same as you feeling more tired and maybe needing a sleep midday.
You can allow yourself to heal and be tired.
Yes, if it was chills and fevers you need to report, but it does not seem to be the case!

Feeling cold by itself is not necessarily worrisome.  If however it is associated with chills or fever it would likely indicate that you have an underlying infection.  You should see your plastic surgeon for an evaluation for this concern.

You did not mention if you have a fever but a fever associated with chills could be a sign of infection.  If you notice any difference around your incisions or it continues contact your plastic surgeon.
