Hello my question today is that I want to get a rhinoplasty, but I also want to get a Brow bone with in a month apart, is that going to affect my healing process for either one?

It is my understanding that beside rhinoplasty you want to have reduction of brow, forehead bulging?
There is no reason not to do both of these procedures in one setting providing that your surgeon is familiar and has experience with both. In cases like this, we usually perform rhinoplasty first,  followed with forehead shaping using open, hairline approach. Hope this helps.

After your rhinoplasty, your nose will be swollen for many months, and that swelling would certainly be right next to your forehead. Why would you do those procedures a month apart? We do rhinoplasty with forehead contouring routinely. They are preferably done at one setting.

The fact that you are having 2 surgeries a month apart really does not matter.  At the time of rhinoplasty, I recommend you have a chin implant.

From an anesthetic standpoint, it's best to separate two general anesthetics about a month apart. If you're going to perform both of these two procedures, it's probably best to do the nose first and wait at least a month or two, and then undergo the brow bone reduction just due to the local swelling. When performing the rhinoplasty procedure, give some consideration to placement of a small chin implant to augment your chin, forward for a better facial balance and proportions, especially with respect to the projection of your nose. Digital computer, imaging of both your nose and chin from the side profile would be help on the education process.

Ideally, you should have both procedures at the same time. If you’re having two different surgeons, doing the procedure, then perhaps they can coordinate or ask each of your providers what their recommendation is.
