Complication after rhinoplasty. Is this normal?

Hi there, had rhinoplasty all healed from years ago, I’ve always wondered though essentially I can feel the top of my septal wall when I run my finger along the top of the bridge of my nose (or Atleats I think) just feels like it’s poking out higher then side cartilages… is this normal? Is it a complication or does it always happen after hump removal, can it happen even without rhino? Does it affect anything ? Can kinda see it too … I have thin skin, anything I can do?

Thin skin is notorious for revealing irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery, sometimes over a year after surgery. If you have visible irregularities on the bridge of your nose from previous surgery, depending on your examination, microdroplets Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for camouflaging them. It makes the area look as it did when your nose was more swollen, perhaps 4 to 6 months postoperatively. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

It’s hard to understand what the problem is from your description. 
If the problem bothers you enough to have surgery then follow up with you provider or another plastic surgeon, other than doing some revision there really isn’t much to do at this point
