Complication after rhinoplasty. Is this normal?

Thin skin is notorious for revealing irregularities after rhinoplasty surgery, sometimes over a year after surgery. It’s hard to understand what the problem is from your description.
If the problem bothers you enough to have surgery then follow up with you provider or another plastic surgeon, other than doing some revision there really isn’t much to do at this point
