What is this dent in the bridge of my nose? It's visible in pictures and especially from certain angles (Photo)

I'm currently 10 months post op septorhinoplasty. I've been worried that I have a polybeak deformity, but my surgeon has not suggested or advised taping or steroid injections. I have this dent in the bridge area, its quite visible in pictures with flash, almost looks like a vertical line going across my bridge. Any advice as to what I can do? I have before and after pics for reference

The indentation on the bridge of your nose has become more visible since your swelling has reduced. When you had your bump removed, you lost a small piece of bone and it's causing a visible indentation. Depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon 1000 injections may be considered for filling this indentation for a less obvious appearance. It may be best to reserve surgery as a last resort. I suggest you follow up with your provider and discuss your concerns with him or her. Your provider is the best person to address your concerns since they did the procedure and I responsible for the outcome.
Your nose was not an easy nose to get equality outcome in. To avoid getting a polly beak, would most likely require building up the tip with a strut graft. The contour seems fairly high on your nose, so it may be related to your nasal bones. I suggest you follow up with your provider and have him or her address your concerns.
